Target Exclusivity. On the Acceptance Date, each of the two selected Targets shall thereafter be designated as a “Selected Target”. As of the Acceptance Date, a Selected Target will not be made available by Adaptimmune or Bellicum to any Third Party for development, and Adaptimmune will not develop any TCRs or Therapies to such Selected Targets for itself or for or on behalf of any Third Party.
