Target Area. College Park shall concentrate the OMS Program activities within the boundaries of the target area that are designated by College Park and approved by the City.
Target Area. Church Street shall concentrate the OMS Program activities within the boundaries of the target area that are designated by Church Street and approved by the City.

The Target Area, referred to in Section 3.1 of the Agreement, shall be: The Franchised Location shall be deemed approved upon approval by Franchisor of the site and lease pursuant to Section 6 of the Agreement. Franchisee acknowledges and warrants (1) that Franchisor's approval does not constitute a guarantee, recommendation, or endorsement of the Franchised Location or Target Area and that the success of the Restaurant to be operated at a Franchised Location is dependent upon Franchisee's abilities as an independent businessperson; and, when a Franchised Location is approved by Franchisor, (2) that Franchisor has complied with its obligations under the Agreement to assist Franchisee by providing criteria for the Franchised Location and determining fulfillment of the requisite criteria for the Franchised Location, such determination based on information provided by Franchisee.
Target Area. Ho Chi Minh City and surrounding regions in the South of Vietnam (We will actively recruit participants from Dong Nai and An Xxxxx provinces.)
Target Area. The target area for the SEC Program shall be the Counties of Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside and San Diego where a program participant resides while under the jurisdiction of the Orange County Courts. The plan should include current and proposed corporate offices, monitoring centers and case management facilities where participants would report. CONTRACTOR must continuously maintain a reporting facility in Orange County for participants.
Target Area. Downtown South shall concentrate the OMS Program activities within the boundaries of the target area that are designated by Downtown South and approved by the City.
Target Area. If granted, Franchise Approval may be for a specific address or a specific geographic area, at BKC's sole discretion, and shall constitute the Developer's authorization to attempt to locate a site for a Burger King Restaurant at that address or in that area.
Target Area. Xxxxxxxx Park shall concentrate the OMS Program activities within the boundaries of the target area that are designated by Xxxxxxxx Park and approved by the City.
Target Area. The target area is defined as the area resorting under the specific xxxx in the Metsimaholo Local Municipality Area, in which the project is located. For this project the contract specifies a maximum of 5% labour by number from other areas. (Example: contractor’s personnel and skilled people from other areas)
