Common use of TANGIBLE THINGS Clause in Contracts

TANGIBLE THINGS. Executive covenants and agrees that (i) all tangible things, including confidential memoranda, notes, notebooks, drawings, lists (including, without limitation, mailing and customer lists), records and other confidential documents (and all copies thereof), made or compiled by Executive during the Employment Period or made available to Executive concerning the Corporation's business shall be the property of the Corporation, and (ii) if such tangible things are in the possession or control of Executive, Executive shall deliver them to the Corporation promptly following the Consulting Period or at any other time upon request of the Corporation.
