Tangible Research Property. University shall retain ownership of property that is developed solely by University’s employees, students, and agents, including, but not limited to, prototypes, biogenic materials, samples, lab notebooks graphs, maps, drawings, and documents created or acquired under this Agreement (collectively, “Tangible Research Property”), except the University shall not retain ownership of any such Tangible Research Property that is a deliverable under this Agreement.
