Talkdesk Locations. Customer acknowledges that, as of the Effective Date of this DPA, Talkdesk maintains some facilities in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. It is possible that some Customer’s Personal Data are transferred out of the European Economic Area in which case Talkdesk will take such measures as are necessary to ensure the transfer is in compliance with Applicable Data Protection Law.
