Takeovers Code obligations. (a) Save for the Sale Shares, the Seller shall not, and shall procure that each of the parties acting in concert with it shall not, deal in any Shares, options, derivatives, warrants or other securities convertible into Shares from the date of this Agreement and up to the closing date of the Offer.
