Common use of TAKEBACK GUARANTEE Clause in Contracts

TAKEBACK GUARANTEE. If the BUYER is no longer able to care for the Dog as described in Paragraph 4(h) above, the SELLER will take the Dog into the SELLER’s care. The BUYER must provide transportation to the SELLER’s domicile. There will be no refund of the purchase price;
