Tailored Sample Clauses

The "Tailored" clause specifies that certain terms or provisions within an agreement have been customized to fit the unique needs or circumstances of the parties involved. In practice, this means that standard contract language has been modified, added to, or omitted to address specific requirements, such as industry-specific regulations, particular business arrangements, or unique risk allocations. By including a tailored clause, the contract ensures that the agreement is not generic but instead directly addresses the parties' intentions and the realities of their relationship, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes.
