Common use of Tablets Clause in Contracts

Tablets. In certain situations, Customer may request Think Power for tablets to be combined with the services. Upon Customer request, Think Power at its discretion, may lease the Think Power approved tablets to the customer solely for use of Think Power software/Think Power approved software. The tablets will come equipped with cases and chargers. The tablets maybe outfitted with rugged, all-weather cases and screen protectors that will shield them from mud, moisture, extreme sun exposure and protect them from dropping. All tablets will come with their factory manufactured wall charger and cord. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to maintain and protect the Think Power supplied tablets. In the event of damage to the tablets, Think Power will charge the customer the then current replacement cost with an appropriate markup and any added administrative and management costs.
