Common use of Tables Clause in Contracts

Tables. Table 1(R6). Table 1(R5) entitled “787-9 Aircraft –Delivery, Description, Price and Advance Payments” referencing SA-7 in the footer is deleted in its entirety and is replaced with the similarly titled Table 1(R6) (attached hereto) referencing SA-9 in the footer. Table 1(R6) is hereby incorporated into the Purchase Agreement in replacement of Table 1(R5).

Tables. Table 1(R61(R5). Table 1(R51(R4) entitled “787-9 Aircraft –Delivery, Description, Price and Advance Payments” referencing SA-7 SA-6 in the footer is deleted in its entirety and is replaced with the similarly titled Table 1(R61(R5) (attached hereto) referencing SA-9 SA-7 in the footer. Table 1(R61 (R5) is hereby incorporated into the Purchase Agreement in replacement of Table 1(R51(R4).

Table 1(R55(R3) entitled “787-9 [****] Aircraft, Aircraft –Delivery, Description, Price and Advance Payments” referencing SA-7 SA-19 in the footer is deleted in its entirety and is replaced with the similarly titled Table 1(R65(R4) (attached hereto) referencing SA-9 SA-20 in the footer. Table 1(R65(R4) is hereby incorporated into the Purchase Agreement in replacement of Table 1(R55(R3).

Table 1(R61(R7) is hereby incorporated into the Purchase Agreement in replacement of Table 1(R51(R6).

Table 1(R66 (R1) is hereby incorporated into the Purchase Agreement in replacement of Table 1(R5)6.
