The T2S Programme Status Report includes: 327  the high-level T2S Progress Dashboard, as described in the previous Section; 328  per work stream a status assessment for each CB-relevant deliverable with a status “green”, 329 “yellow” or “red”; 330  per work stream a detailed status assessment for each CB-relevant deliverable with a status 331 “yellow” or “red”; 332  per work stream a risk assessment for each CB-relevant deliverable. A detailed risk 333 assessment is provided in case the risk criticality is “yellow” or “red”; and 334  per work stream an issue description (incl. a response plan) for each issue pertaining to a CB- 335 relevant Deliverable, in case a risk has materialised.

  • Status Report Recognizing that both parties may find it necessary to establish to third parties, such as accountants, banks, mortgagees, ground lessors, or the like, the then current status of performance hereunder, either party, on the request of the other made from time to time, will promptly furnish to Landlord, or the holder of any mortgage or ground lease encumbering the Premises, or to Tenant, as the case may be, a statement of the status of any matter pertaining to this Lease, including, without limitation, acknowledgment that (or the extent to which) each party is in compliance with its obligations under the terms of this Lease.

  • CMI/RAI MDS Report Recognizing the mutual objective of quality resident care, the Employer agrees to meet through the Union Management Committee with the Union as soon as practicable after the receipt of the annual CMI/RAI MDS report. The Employer agrees to provide the Union with staffing levels, and staffing mix information; the impact of related payroll costs on staffing levels and a written notice of the CMI/RAI MDS report for the facility. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the impact of the CMI/RAI MDS report on the staffing levels in the Home, quality resident care, and provide the Union with an opportunity to make representation in that regard. The parties shall meet as necessary to discuss other changes or workload issues. The parties may invite additional participants to attend the meeting to support constructive review and discussion.

  • Progress Report 10.1 If required, you shall submit progress reports in connection with the Service (“Report”) on at least a monthly basis, or as we may require. The Report shall include a summary of the activities and accomplishments during the previous reporting period.

This is a New York State-based system that all State agencies and authorities will be implementing to ensure uniform contract compliance reporting throughout New York State.

  • Servicer Compliance Statement On or before March 1 of each calendar year, commencing in 2007, the Servicer shall deliver to the Owner and any Depositor a statement of compliance addressed to the Owner and such Depositor and signed by an authorized officer of the Servicer, to the effect that (i) a review of the Servicer’s activities during the immediately preceding calendar year (or applicable portion thereof) and of its performance under this Agreement and any applicable Reconstitution Agreement during such period has been made under such officer’s supervision, and (ii) to the best of such officers’ knowledge, based on such review, the Servicer has fulfilled all of its obligations under this Agreement and any applicable Reconstitution Agreement in all material respects throughout such calendar year (or applicable portion thereof) or, if there has been a failure to fulfill any such obligation in any material respect, specifically identifying each such failure known to such officer and the nature and the status thereof.

  • Progress Reporting 5. The IP will submit to UNICEF narrative progress reports against the planned activities contained in the Programme Document, using the PDPR. Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties in writing, these reports will be submitted at the end of every Quarter. The final report will be submitted no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the end the Programme and will be provided together with the FACE form.
