Systematic Risk Clause Samples
Systematic Risk. A non-controllable, non-diversifiable risk that is common to all investments within a given asset class. With equities it is called market risk, with fixed income securities it would be interest rate risk.
Systematic Risk. Investments in private businesses, despite not being publicly listed may be subject to systematic market fluctuations that could affect the performance of the securities.
Systematic Risk. This product is a passive investment. The shareholding may be diversified, which helps reduce non-systematic risk and stock selection risk, but there is still overall market risk.
