Common use of System Services Clause in Contracts

System Services. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement and rights of all applicable Governmental Authorities, during the Term, Provider shall provide, or cause to be provided, the following services with respect to Customer Gas and Customer Injected NGLs, in each case, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement (collectively, the “System Services”): TERMS IN THIS EXHIBIT HAVE BEEN REDACTED BECAUSE CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT FOR THOSE TERMS HAS BEEN REQUESTED. THE REDACTED MATERIAL HAS BEEN FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION, AND THE TERMS HAVE BEEN MARKED AT THE APPROPRIATE PLACE WITH TWO ASTERISKS (**).
