System Segment. A physically separate segment of the Gathering System that connects one or more ▇▇▇▇▇ to the Plant Receipt Point or a Gathering System Delivery Point, including all Gas gathering pipelines (including High Pressure gathering pipelines), System Compressor Stations, Receipt Points, Gathering System Delivery Points, Plant Receipt Point, Gas Measurement Facilities, Condensate handling facilities, rights of way, fee parcels, surface rights and permits, and all appurtenant facilities. Target Completion Date. As defined in Section 3.3(b).
