System Segment. A physically separate segment of the Gathering System that connects one or more Xxxxx of Producer or a Rice Subsidiary to one or more Delivery Points, including all Gas gathering pipelines (including High Pressure gathering pipelines), System Compressor Stations, Gas dehydration facilities, Receipt Points, Delivery Points, Measurement Facilities, Pipeline Drip handling facilities, rights of way, fee parcels, surface rights, and permits, and all appurtenant facilities.

System Segment. A physically separate segment of the Gathering System that connects one or more Xxxxx of Producer to a Plant Receipt Point or a Rice Subsidiary to one or more an Upstream System Delivery PointsPoint, including all Gas gathering pipelines (including low pressure and High Pressure gathering pipelines), System Compressor Stations, Gas dehydration facilities, Receipt Points, Upstream Delivery Points, Plant Receipt Point, Gas Measurement Facilities, Pipeline Drip Condensate handling facilities, rights of way, fee parcels, surface rights, rights and permits, and all appurtenant facilities.
