System Segment. A physically separate segment of the Gathering System that connects one or more of Shipper’s Xxxxx to one or more Delivery Points, including all Low Pressure Gas gathering pipelines, Liquid Hydrocarbons gathering pipelines, High Pressure Gas gathering pipelines, System Compressor Stations, Gas dehydration facilities, Receipt Points, Delivery Points, Measurement Facilities owned by Gatherer, Condensate handling facilities, rights of way, fee parcels, surface rights, and permits, and all appurtenant facilities.
