Common use of System Security and Data Safeguards Clause in Contracts

System Security and Data Safeguards. When SAP is given access to Prime Contractor or Customer’s systems and data, SAP shall comply with Prime Contractor or Customer’s (as applicable) reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect such data and guard against unauthorized access. In connection with such access, Prime Contractor shall be responsible for providing SAP Consultants with user authorizations and passwords to access its systems and revoking such authorizations and terminating such access, as Prime Contractor deems appropriate from time to time.
