System Lines Clause Samples

The 'System Lines' clause defines the boundaries and components of a system as they pertain to the agreement. It typically specifies which physical or logical lines, such as electrical, data, or communication lines, are included within the scope of the contract and who is responsible for their installation, maintenance, or ownership. By clearly delineating these system lines, the clause helps prevent disputes over responsibility and ensures that all parties understand the extent of their obligations regarding system infrastructure.
