System Launch Failure. Business Cessation. (a) Either party may terminate this Agreement without liability in the event that the Commercial Operations Date does not occur, for any reason, by December 31, 2001. (b) AMRC may terminate this Agreement in the event it ceases, for any reason, providing the Service altogether.
