Common use of System Implementation Approval Clause in Contracts

System Implementation Approval. If applicable, Experian will configure the Services pursuant to specifications provided by Client in the Sign Up Form. Upon completion of the configuration, Client shall test and audit performance of the Services to ensure proper configuration. Client shall notify Experian if the Services fail to meet the configuration requirements, and Experian shall modify the configuration to meet Client’s requirements set forth in the Sign Up Form. Such modification constitutes Client’s sole remedy for failure to configure the Services in accordance with the Sign Up Form and Experian’s maximum liability for any such failure.
