Common use of System Changes Clause in Contracts

System Changes. Supplementing the provisions of Sections 7 and 8.1 above, Tenant shall not install any equipment of any kind or nature whatsoever which would or could, in Landlord's judgment, necessitate any change, replacement or addition to (or which might cause damage to) the plumbing, heating, air-conditioning or electrical systems serving the Premises or any other portion of the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord. In the event such consent is granted, all costs in connection with such changes, replacements or additions shall be paid for by Tenant in advance.

Supplementing the provisions of Sections 7 Section 12 and 8.1 13 above, Tenant shall not install any equipment of any kind or nature whatsoever which would or could, in Landlord's judgment, necessitate any change, replacement or addition to (or which might cause damage to) the plumbing, heating, air-conditioning or electrical systems serving the Premises or any other portion of the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord. In the event such consent is granted, all costs in connection with such changes, replacements or additions shall be paid for by Tenant in advance.

In the event such consent is granted, all costs in connection with such changes, replacements or additions shall be paid for by Tenant in advanceadvance and any such work shall be performed in a manner so as not to violate the Sustainability Standards.
