System Acceptance Testing. (a) Provider shall conduct testing of the System in accordance with such methods, acts, guidelines, standards and criteria reasonably accepted or followed by photovoltaic solar system integrators in the United States. Provider shall inform Purchaser when the testing is scheduled to take place and will allow for Purchaser or Purchaser representative to observe testing.
