Common use of System Acceptance Testing Clause in Contracts

System Acceptance Testing. (a) The Power Producer shall give 10 days advance notice to conduct the testing of the Project and shall conduct testing of the Project in the presence of Purchaser's designated representative. (b) If the results of such testing indicate that the System is capable of generating electric energy (at full rated KWp) for 5 continuous hours using such instruments and meters as have been installed for such purposes, then the Power Producer shall send' a Written notice to Purchaser to that effect, and the date of successful conducting such tests and injection of.
