Syntax Affiliates. Supplier agrees that it shall permit Syntax’s Affiliates to incorporate the terms of this Agreement into any SOW or other agreement or order for services of the type described herein, and in such event, the term “Syntax” shall be read to mean the respective Syntax Affiliate and not any other Syntax Affiliate.
