Syndicated Issues at the time of issue of a Tranche which is syndicated amongst a group of institutions, if so requested by the Relevant Dealer(s); and
Syndicated Issues. The Flemish Community may from time to time issue Notes on a syndicated basis to two or more Dealers as principals appointed pursuant to a Subscription Agreement, which Notes, whether of an existing Series or comprising all or part of a new Series, shall be fully underwritten by such Dealers on a joint and several basis, unless specified otherwise in the Subscription Agreement.

The terms of any such agreement shall be set out in a Subscription Agreement, which shall be substantially in the form set out in Annex 8 or substantially to the same effect as such form.
