Syndax Compound Sample Clauses

Syndax Compound. Syndax shall use commercially reasonable efforts to Manufacture and supply, at its expense, sufficient quantities of the Syndax Compound to conduct the Study. Syndax represents and warrants to Genentech that the Syndax Compound used in the Study shall be Manufactured and delivered to the Participating Sites in compliance with: (a) the Specifications for the Syndax Compound and (b) Applicable Law.
