Synchronized operation. The Seller shall be responsible for providing the Purchaser with written notification at least 30 (thirty) days before the first-time synchronization of power generators at the Seller’s power plant into the Purchaser’s electricity grid. The Seller must coordinate with the Purchaser during the first-time and subsequent synchronizations.
