Synchronisation Dispatch Performance Scalar. In order to assess the quality of delivery of the Service, the Providing Unit will be monitored and assessed following the issue of a Dispatch Instruction by the Company. The value of the Synchronisation Dispatch Performance Scalar will be determined in accordance with the Protocol.
