Switch Line and Trunk Hardware Additions. Qwest shall use its best efforts to minimize CLEC service order impacts due to hardware additions and modifications to Qwest's existing Switches. Qwest shall provide CLEC substantially the same service order processing capabilities as Qwest provides itself, its End User Customers, Affiliates, or any other party during such Switch hardware additions.
