Swingline Facility. Subject to the terms of this Agreement: (a) the US$ Swingline Lenders make available to the Borrowers a US Dollar denominated swingline facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total US$ Swingline Commitments; and (b) the EUR Swingline Lenders make available to the Borrowers a euro denominated swingline facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total EUR Swingline Commitments.
