Swimmers Clause Samples
The 'Swimmers' clause defines the rules and requirements governing individuals who are permitted to use a swimming facility or participate in swimming activities. Typically, this clause outlines eligibility criteria, such as age restrictions, health and safety requirements, or the need for supervision of minors. For example, it may specify that only registered members or guests are allowed in the pool area, and that children under a certain age must be accompanied by an adult. The core function of this clause is to ensure the safety and proper management of swimmers, thereby reducing liability and maintaining order within the facility.
