Sustained Support Sample Clauses

The Sustained Support clause defines the ongoing assistance and maintenance obligations that one party must provide to another after the initial delivery of goods or services. Typically, this clause outlines the duration, scope, and nature of support, such as technical help, updates, or troubleshooting, that will be available post-implementation. By specifying these terms, the clause ensures that the recipient continues to receive necessary help to maintain or operate the product or service effectively, thereby reducing downtime and addressing issues that may arise after the initial transaction.
