Suspension of Tariff Delivery Service Sample Clauses

The Suspension of Tariff Delivery Service clause allows a utility provider to temporarily halt the delivery of services governed by a tariff, typically in response to specific events such as non-payment, system emergencies, or regulatory requirements. In practice, this means that if a customer fails to meet certain obligations or if external circumstances disrupt normal operations, the provider can suspend service until the issue is resolved. This clause serves to protect the provider from losses or operational risks while ensuring that customers are aware of the conditions under which service may be interrupted.
