Suspension of Sales; Notice of Sales. If any Registrable Securities are included in a Registration Statement pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the holder thereof will not (until further notice) effect sales thereof after receipt of written notice from the Company of the occurrence of an event specified in order to permit the Company to correct or update the Registration Statement or prospectus. Each holder of Registrable Securities shall notify the Company of the sale of any Registrable Securities within a reasonable period of time prior to such sale.
