Suspension of price fixing. If pricing fails to occur at the Execution Venue due to special circumstances in the sphere of the market maker, i.e., the company that becomes Trade Republic's trading partner, all Customer orders for the relevant Crypto Assets to be executed at this Execution Venue shall expire, if the terms and conditions of the Execution Venue provide for this.
