Suspension of card. Cardholder agrees that the Bank has the right to suspend the Card upon receiving the Cardholder or Employer’s (for HSBC credit card linked to a business) valid instructions, detecting signs of fraud, violations of laws, discovering the Card is compromised, lost or misused or is in violation of the Bank policies or other regulations.
