Common use of Suspension for Present Harm Clause in Contracts

Suspension for Present Harm. If Customer’s website or use of the Service is (i) being subjected to denial-of-service attacks or other disruptive activity; (ii) being used to engage in denial-of-service attacks or other disruptive activity; (iii) creating a security vulnerability for the Services or others; or (iv) causing harm to Scoir or any Users, then Scoir may, with written electronic and telephonic notice to Customer, suspend all or any access to the Service. Scoir will try to limit the suspension to the affected portion of the Services and promptly resolve the issues causing the suspension.
