Common use of Suspension and Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Suspension and Cancellation. If your Wireless Account is deactivated due to nonpayment, your Wireless Account will be in a suspended status for 30 days. If your Wireless Account is not reactivated within the 30-day period, it will be cancelled. If your Wireless Account is cancelled, your remaining balance will be forfeited, and we may reassign the phone number associated with your Wireless Account. If you wish to port to a different carrier, you must have an active Wireless Account.
