Suspend Performance. The UCRC may suspend the Contractor’s performance with respect to all or any portion of this SCIA pending necessary corrective action as specified by the UCRC without entitling the Contractor to an adjustment in price/cost or performance schedule. The Contractor shall promptly cease performance and incurring costs in accordance with the UCRC’s directive and the UCRC shall not be liable for costs incurred by the Contractor due to the suspension of performance under this provision.
