SURVIVING OLIGATIONS. Expiration or termination of this Agreement shall not relieve the Parties of any obligation accruing prior to such expiration or termination. Except as set forth below or elsewhere in this Agreement, the obligations and rights of the Parties under the following provisions of this Agreement shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement: Articles 1 and 9 and Sections 3.4, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 11.1, 11.4, 11.5, 11.6, 13.5, 13.6, 13.7 and 13.14.

  • Surviving Obligations The obligations of the Company and your obligations under this Agreement shall survive the expiration of this Agreement to the extent necessary to give effect to this Agreement.
