Common use of Survival of Representations and Indemnities Clause in Contracts

Survival of Representations and Indemnities. All representations and warranties made herein or in any of the other Loan Documents or in certificates given pursuant hereto or thereto shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and shall continue in full force and effect with respect to the date as of which they were made as long as any credit is in use or available hereunder. All indemnities and other provisions relative to reimbursement to the Agent, the Issuers and the Lenders of amounts sufficient to protect the yield of the Agent, the Issuers and the Lenders with respect to the Loans and Letters of Credit, shall survive the termination of this Agreement and the payment of the Obligations.
