Common use of Survival of Purchaser Representations Clause in Contracts

Survival of Purchaser Representations. All representations and warranties contained in this Agreement by Purchaser and any financial statements, instruments, certificates, schedules or other documents delivered in connection herewith, shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement, regardless of any investigation made by the Company or on the Company's behalf.

Survival of Purchaser Representations. All agreements, representations and warranties contained herein or made in writing by or on behalf of Purchaser in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement by Purchaser and any financial statements, instruments, certificates, schedules or other documents delivered in connection herewith, shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement, regardless of any investigation at any time made by the Company or on and the Company's behalfsale and purchase of the Notes and payment therefor.
