Survival of Perfection Representations. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement or any other Transaction Document, the representations contained in this Schedule shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect (notwithstanding any termination of the Commitments or any replacement of the Collection Agent or termination of Collection Agent’s rights to act as such) until such time as all Aggregate Unpaids have been finally and fully paid and performed.
