Common use of SURVIVAL OF LOAN FACILITY Clause in Contracts

SURVIVAL OF LOAN FACILITY. The terms of this Agreement shall survive the termination of the Facility Commitment hereunder and the termination of any Loan Commitment established pursuant the terms hereof until the indefeasible payment in full of each of the Loans outstanding hereunder and Article XIII shall survive the termination of this Agreement upon such repayment.

SURVIVAL OF LOAN FACILITY. The terms of this Loan Facility Agreement shall survive the termination of the Facility Commitment Commitments hereunder and the termination of any Loan Commitment established pursuant the terms hereof until the indefeasible payment in full of each of the Loans outstanding hereunder and Article XIII 13 shall survive the termination of this Agreement upon such repayment.

SURVIVAL OF LOAN FACILITY. The terms of this Loan Facility Agreement shall survive the termination of the Facility Commitment hereunder and the termination of any Loan Commitment established pursuant the terms hereof until (x) the indefeasible payment in full of each of the Loans Loans, (y) the termination of each of the Letters of Credit outstanding, and (z) the indefeasible payment in full of all outstanding hereunder and Letter of Credit Obligations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Article XIII IX hereof shall survive the termination of this Agreement upon such repayment.repayment and termination. ARTICLE XI

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Article XIII IX hereof shall survive the termination of this Agreement upon such repaymentrepayment and termination.
