Survival of Agreements, Representations and Warranties, etc. All agreements, representations and warranties contained herein or made in writing by or on behalf of Borrower, in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the other Documents shall survive any investigation at any time made by Lender and any disposition of the Loans by Lender and, to the extent applicable, shall be deemed to be made a new by each of them each time an advance is made pursuant hereto or pursuant to the other Documents. All statements contained in any certificate or other instrument delivered by or on behalf of Borrower pursuant hereto or in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby shall be deemed representations and warranties made hereunder.
