SURVIVAL BEYOND COMPLETION. 5.1 The provisions in this Agreement related to limitations of liability, indemnification, warranty, and ownership shall survive the delivery of the Services as well as termination as specified above. No termination or expiration of this Agreement shall affect any rights, obligations or liabilities of either party that shall have accrued on or prior to the date of such termination or expiration.
