Common use of Survivability of Orders Clause in Contracts

Survivability of Orders. In the event the term of any Site-Specific Contract (“Order”) placed under this Master Contract extends past the termination or expiration of this Master Contract, the terms and conditions of this Master Contract shall remain in full force and effect as it applies to such Order and will continue in effect for such Order until the term of that Order expires or the Order is cancelled or terminated in accordance with the terms of this Master Contract.
