Common use of Surrender of Stock Clause in Contracts

Surrender of Stock. To the extent that a Stock Option Agreement so provides, payment may be made all or in part with Shares which have already been owned by the Optionee or the Optionee's representative for any time period specified by the Committee and which are surrendered to the Company in good form for transfer. Such Shares shall be valued at their Fair Market Value on the date when the new Shares are purchased under the Plan.

Such Shares Common Stock shall be valued at their Fair Market Value on the date when the new Shares are Common Stock is purchased under the Plan.
