SURRENDER AND REDEMPTION OF RECEIPTS. Section 2.1. Appointment of Depository The Corporation hereby appoints Computershare and Trust Company, collectively, as Depository for the Stock, and each of Computershare and Trust Company hereby accepts such appointment as Depository for the Stock, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
