SURFACE USE LIMITATIONS. Grantee agrees that there shall be no fishing or hunting on the Easement or any of Grantor's adjacent property by any of Grantee’s officers, agents, employees, invitees, independent contractors, or guests. No firearms, dogs or other animals shall be permitted on the Easement.
